Once you have changed your administrative password (which is the first thing you should do), you can now create a list. We have setup a default mailing list by the name of "Default Mailing List" and subscribed you (name1@yourdomain.com)! You can remove yourself from the list and do other features from the administrative control panel, it is self-explanatory.
